Now do you want to come? Stop by and say hello if you can!
Edited to add: This is the participant list I received a couple weeks ago. If you are an author or illustrator attending the KW Caravan and you’re not on the list, please drop me a comment and I’d love to add you!
YOWZA! 🙂
Oh, wow. Have fun!
Awesome line-up. It sounds like it will be a blast. :-0
Yes, yes, I wanna come!!
Only three thousand miles away…
Have fun!
Holy bookamoly!
How much fun will that be? Take lost of pics! 🙂
I’m very excited – thanks!
That’s what I keep saying!
I’ll take pictures! :^)
Thanks – I can’t wait!
Wish you could make it, but 3000 miles is a long way. (This is how I always feel when I can’t go to one of those incredible “Not Your Mother’s Book Club” events!
Thanks, Lisa! I’ll definitely take pictures!
Laurie and Ellen and Nancy and Tanya! Ahhh! And YOU! Have a great time.
OMG!
Have fun, Kate. And think of it … when the amazing signing is over you get to go to a writing retreat. Heavenly!
Loree
🙂
I’ll be at the signing, and at KW too. I look forward to meeting you!
!! WOW !!
All of those fabulous authors && Then you go to the KW Retreat
— will they ALL be at the retreat?
*\0/* WOW!!! *\0/*
I’ll be there too – can’t wait!

I SO wish I could come! Aaaaaahhhh how cool for you!
There is only 1 “Y” chromosome in that whole list. I am appalled!
I DO want to come, but I can’t. And I am positively green with envy of those who can stop by, and moreso of those of you attending!
Is it okay if I add you to this list? I included everyone on the original list from Susanna, but I’m realizing more people have signed up since then. If you send me a link to your website, I’ll include that, too. I’m looking forward to meeting you!
I did notice that. You should come next year!
I wish you could be there, too. But note: you inspired similar green-with-envy feelings with last week’s ALA posts. It looks like you had a great time!
Wow, what a day you will have! That same day I’m doing a workshop for 35 kids at the library. NOT quite the same, huh? Wanna trade? LOL.
HAVE A WONDERFUL TIME!
Re: !! WOW !!
Some of them are actually facilitating at the retreat – but yes, all will be there. The Caravan is the only event that’s open to the public, though. I know some area teachers are planning to attend.
I wish you could come, too! I’ll take pictures!
Actually, I love workshops with kids, so I’d be psyched about that, too. But…this is my first KW, so I think I’ll stick to my original plans.
I’m hoping to!
Kate, you will have a wonderful time. I’ve gone in the past — not something I can do every year, but always inspirational. I’m sorry I won’t get to meet you there this year, though!
What a great line-up! I sooo want to be there. Have a wonderful book signing and a terrific time at KW!
Will Jane Yolen be attending KW too? What a blast that will be!
Thanks – I’ve always wanted to attend this one.
Re: OMG!
Thanks, Loree – I’m so looking forward to the workshops and the work time!
I’ve heard so many positive things about this retreat – I can’t wait! Sorry I won’t meet you there this year.
I believe the Caravan is all people who are also “retreating.” The Phoenix Books event is the only part of the weekend that’s open to the public, though.
What a fantastic line-up! I hope you have an amazing time, and sign tons of books. 🙂
